So this is the Zimeca family, as we start. Only one sim, you wonder? No! Haha. Of course, there is a male sim involved too, but he doesn't live in the household. This male is Seneca Zima - the thirdborn Zima son, and he's busy working at the Callandile farm. Nona, his wife, will be living on her own in an apartment with all of their future children. It's probably going to be very tough for her, yes, until some of the kids become teenagers.
Row 1: Nona Nixeira (Head's betrothed, sitting)
The little family have their wedding ceremony at once, with no audience. Nona Nixeira becomes Nona Zimeca, and Seneca stays Seneca Zima.
Nona has a lot of time to do nothing all by herself for the first time in her life. She used to be working for the Emperor's family in the Palace, before reaching the age of marriage.
Feeling bored, she calls her husband for a booty call, although they just had their wedding night some hours earlier...
I am not as surprised as Nona when this happens. Baby on the way!
Little bump soon becomes big bump.
And then it's time! All alone in the dark apartment, Nona gives birth.
It's a boy! He has dark blue eyes and brown hair, and she names him Ovidius.
Oh for god's sake......
Yeah, it's twins. Seneca is a twin, and Nona has two sets of twins as siblings, so I shouldn't be surprised. The second one is a dark blue-eyed and black haired girl, called Horatia.
The couple waste no time in trying for their third child.
So Nona went to pay the bills, and lightning struck the garbage can, which started burning right next to her, and she didn't even react. Hmmm.
She headed to the Baths, where she met her sister Prisca and finally got rid of that green stink cloud.
I bet she needed this badly.
Once back home, the twins take all of her time and attention.
It doesn't get better when the terrifying neighbor Cassian Nixsana knocks on her door, gives her the flu, and complains that her apartment stinks. Someone save her...
