I forgot to take a picture of them before I started playing - terribly sorry about this. This picture is not 100 % accurate but I'll explain when I get there.
Row 1: Uduak Zima (slave, standing), Tacitus Nixeira (slave, standing)
Row 2: Chinwe Callarai (mother, sitting), Caecilius Callarai (heir, sitting) (This is where the mistake is. In this picture, he's only supposed to be a teenager.)
Row 3: Manlius Callarai (third son, standing), Saturnina Callani (heir's betrothed, sitting), Hortensius Callarai (second son, standing)
Changes from last round is only the presence of Saturnina, who moved here because it's time for the wedding.
Chinwe and Taticus continue with their affair, and even fall in love with each other. However, if they chose to marry, Chinwe would become a slave - not something she's feeling she wants, as the fortune sim she is.
Caecilius and Saturnina marry the next morning, and Saturnina Callani becomes Saturnina Callarai. (Yes, they are cousins. No, this isn't strange.) They even manage to not look miserable even though they hate each other.
Oh, but wait! Maybe they don't. Maybe a functional relationship between these two actually is possible?
Lightning strikes a tree and a small fire starts. This is enough for poor old Uduak to break. Her masters (and Tacitus) aren't especially sympathic.
Caecilius please, don't hit your wife...
Sigh. Looks like we're back on square one.
Saturnina really needs a bath but Manlius thinks it's more important that he keeps pretending he's a pirate. Typical sims.
Tacitus raises his hand against his master! Normally, this would mean a ticket to the Colosseum. But since he's Chinwe's lover and Caecilius is a douchebag, I'm going to let it slip.
They might hate each other, but it seems they know how to make babies anyway.
It seems nothing interesting happened until the next bump.
The family (or well the slaves) are still running their bakery. However, contact with slaves from the dirty apartments usually mean they get some nasty sickness.
Saturnina's belly might be invisible but that doesn't mean she doesn't have a baby to deliver. It's time!
She gives birth to a beautiful red-headed little boy, named Fabricius. As you can see, he has dark blue eyes.
But wait... Saturnina gives Fabricius to his (still young haha) grandmother. Of course Caecilius wasn't present...
And then she has a second boy! Wow, this neighborhood is full of twins by now. The second one's name is Gordianus, and he has brown hair and dark blue eyes.
Of course, Uduak does the most work with the boys. After all, she had eight kids and know what she's doing.
They journey to the Baths and for some reason Caecilius thinks it's his responsability to clean the showers. Maybe I should make him a slave. No, I'm joking.
Hortensius and Uduak enjoying the life.
And believe it or not, but there seems to be some attraction between the newlyweds! At the Baths, they start flirting with each other. Maybe they won't try to kill each other after all?
When they arrive home, Saturnina's belly grows again. I think they really know how to make babies.
It's also time for our little douchebag Caecilius to become an adult and take his mother's temporary spot as Head of the family.
Here we have the young man afterwards. Hopefully he has matured now.
It's not only Caecilius birthday, but the baby boys as well.
Here's Fabricius, the older one, and he looks just like his mother. Love that red hair! Recessive hair colours are too rare in this neighborhood, maybe it's going to change with generation 4. He's with his uncle Hortensius.
We end with Gordianus picture. He looks a lot like their mother too, but he has his father's nose (which I wish both of them did, but hey, not every sim can be handsome).
