Round 4 - Callarai

The patrician Callarai family, who's gotten quite a lot smaller since the last round.
Row 1: Otho Nixsana (slave, standing), Horatia Zimeca (slave, standing)
Row 2: Caecilius Callarai (Head of the family, sitting), Saturnina Callarai (wife, sitting)
Row 3: Chinwe Callarai (mother, standing); holding: Balbina Callarai (daughter), Fabricius Callarai (heir, sitting), Gordianus Callarai (second son, sitting)
Before the start of this round, Caecilius younger brothers Hortensius and Manlius moved out, both to marry and start their own families. Their old slaves had to be replaced, since Uduak died and Tacitus was chosen to become a gladiator.

Balbina spends a lot of time with her mother while learning how to do all the things she needs to know.

Early the next morning, Saturnina's labors start as she begins to give birth to her fourth (and maybe final) child.

It's a boy. I'm not even going to pretend I'm not disappointed. The lack of girls in the upper class is disastrous and this doesn't make it better. His name is Severus.

The same night, it's time for little Balbina to become a child like her older brothers.

Here she is, not the prettiest girl in the neighborhood, but since she's one of the few girls finding a husband is going to be a piece of cake anyway.

The three children seems to have fun together. Sometimes their slave Horatia joins them in their games, but usually she's busy cleaning something or pulling weeds.

Severus has his birthday and makes some really cool acrobatic moves in the air, but his sister gets more attention for her smell anyway.

Bad news... Not only is he a boy (oh that sounds mean but you understand, I'd like some balance), he's also a copy of his sister, personality and everything. Double disappointment, but trying to give the kid a chance anyway...

Saturnina has pretty much spent the last rounds in the nursery, always having someone to teach the basics. She's a family sim though, so she enjoys it.

A burglar comes by and puts their fountain in a small bag! Oh, sims logic.

More birthdays! The twins are becoming teenagers.

Here's the Callarai heir and one of my precious redheads, Fabricius, a neat knowledge sim.

And his better looking brother Gordianus, a pleasure sim with his neat, active and playful meters all full.

ACR made Saturnina pregnant, but she had an early miscarriage...

Lastly before the round ends (and now I realized I forgot to take them to the Baths, lol... I'll take them twice the next!), Otho becomes an adult. He kind of looks creepy, but with Cassian as a brother, how could he not... Let's blame it all on the fact that they briefly had a vampire in their mother's family during the last Era.
