Before I even started this lot, I knew there would be drama this season. It began calmly with the boy Zephania becoming a toddler like in all the other families.
That evening, their neighbor Ade Zima decided to drop by, uninvited. She didn't even bother to ring the doorbell, since she was already best friends with both Refilwe and Achieng. Her friendship with Achieng soon ended though, since she didn't bother being discreet about the affair she's having with her husband, either.
While their relationship were destroyed, the couple still had a second son, named Dakarai. Making more children was out of the question for Achieng, but she let her husband stay with them anyway.
Things weren't great in the household, but Zephania still managed to grow into a child. His relationship with his father is bad to say the least, after some disturbing events the boy witnessed as a toddler.
His little brother Dakarai also had his birthday, happily unknowing about the drama his family has been through.
After Ade inviting herself to the Callani caves once again, and even inviting herself to have some WooHoo in Refilwe and Achiengs bed (which they by the way hadn't shared all season), Achieng finally reached the breaking point.
I mean, literally. Poor woman's the only one who's had a breakdown, and she's had two.
Talk about awkward.
(The funny thing is I didn't stage this in any way, ACR and free will did all of this for me, even this scene!)
