The first new household of this round is coming straight out of the Palace. Balbina is finally old enough for marriage, and she and Albanus are moving into the empty Callandile farm after everyone of that family died (except for the Empress, but she's busy elsewhere).
Row 1: Fulvia Nixeira (slave, standing), Albanus Callani (Head of the family, sitting), Balbina Calbanus (wife, sitting), Mathis Nixianus (slave, standing)
Little Mathis replaces Vibiana, who's not only getting married, she's pregnant with the former owner of the house too.
The parties of the patricians are getting more and more intense. Marcellina discovered that her husband Hortensius is having an affair with Herminia and a slapfest erupted.
Manlius and Severus are enemies, so of course they're slapping each other just because.
And for some reason, Herminia and Januarius were slapping each other too. Sigh...
Let's just go back to the bride and groom. Balbina Callarai becomes Balbina Calbanus.
They seem happy, although they have the biggest age difference in the game.
Fulvia and Januarius started a love story too. It's better than slaps, I guess.
The next day, the newlyweds fall in love.
Winter has come and Fulvia is struggling with her precious plants.
Believe it or not, it's time for Albanus to become an elder while his wife is still a teen.
This is the old man now. Still not a father, I almost said, then I remembered he has three bastard daughters.
And a trueborn on the way!
Fulvia and Quintus love is old but lasting, even though they've been separated for a long time now.
Bigger belly for young Balbina.
But before the baby arrives, she has to grow up into an adult.
Here she is!
Little Mathis is in safe hands with his fellow slave Fulvia.
Now it's time!
Balbina delivers a little red haired boy, named Hugues. Good idea to start with the son and heir when Albanus is so old.
Apparently (I don't even know why, everyone else does), he doesn't like Fulvia.
And that was it from that "old, lasting love". Quintus catches his wife with Januarius, which isn't popular. Never mind that he's WooHoo'd his master's teenage daughter earlier...
