Round 8 - Seoli

This family is always a handful with three generations in the same household, but as the only ones with second generation sims still living, the Seoli's are special in a good way.
Row 1: Tiburtius Seoli (heir, standing), Chinedu Seoli (Head of the family, sitting), Tatenda Seoli (wife, sitting), Luciana Seoli (wife of heir, standing)
Row 2: Iunia Seoli (granddaughter, sitting), Maximianus Seoli (grandson, sitting), Flavia Seoli (granddaughter, sitting), Tullia Seoli (granddaughter, sitting)
The youngest son of Chinedu and Tatenda, Petronius, moved out since last round.

Luciana is a romance sim and usually not very caring, but when she is, it's cute.

She does make a good job teaching all her children what they need to know.

And soon, their fifth child will arrive too.

At least Tullia has the time to learn everything.

I knew it was coming this round... The end of the life of Chinedu Seoli. It's been a long one!

He even managed to get a platinum grave, I believe it's the second one of the challenge, hehe. Life's hard these times!

Bye bye Chinedu.

He just missed the birth of another grandchild.

Luciana delivers a fourth daughter (as long as they have a son I'm not going to complain...), and they name her Julia.

That night was very cold, with both Tiburtius...

and Luciana freezing completely, haha. Brings me back to the ice age of the Stone Age!

Tatenda is not taking the death of her husband well.

Little Tullia has her birthday.

Here she is! A little stinky.

Luciana immediately gets pregnant again after Julia.

Tiburtius doesn't seem too sad about losing his job, lol.

Tonight is Julia's birthday.

She looks like the rest of her sisters, hmm. At least they're good looking (as teen's anyway).

Here we go with another one!

Luciana's belly has grown, too.

Once again, Maximianus is the one playing with his little sisters. He's a family sim, so I don't think he minds.

Old, old Tatenda, the last living second generation sim... The last one with a Stone Age name in the whole neighborhood.

Tibertius is the Head of the household now.

I'm really happy about how both Iunia, her brother and their neighbor Cloelia Jaxius look. Who would have thought I'd get to have some good looking sims this far into the challenge? Haha.

And now the time has run out for Tatenda as well.

Let's say goodbye to Generation 2!

The family took the death of the old lady badly, with half of them going into aspiration failure.

Flavia and Tullia like each other well and play nicely, but I hope they don't have a fight because of their grandmother's death.

Round 8 - Jaxinius

The Jaxinius family is the last hope of the Jax family, now that the other two branches seem to have left their fertile days behind without any of them having any sons.
Row 1: Verginius Jax (Head of the family, sitting), Horatia Jaxinius (wife, sitting)

Verginius saved Horatia from a life of slavery, and they seem to be very much in love.

They did spend the whole last round without any pregnancy, but now, the first belly bump finally made an appearance!

As the pregnancy goes on without complications, Horatia gets in contact with a genie. She wishes for a longer life - maybe it's a strategic move to get more days of fertility, to save the family name from extinction.

Not much happens in this little household, so it's already time for the birth.

Hooray! It's a boy! Finally - he's the tenth birth in the family this generation and the very first boy. Unless Aurelia Jax magically gets pregnant again and has a boy right before elderhood, this little one is the Jax heir. His name is Alonso.

Just like their Jaxius neighbors, this family also has a burglary.

At the Baths, Verginius found himself bullied by the patrician girl Titiana Callius.

He found some comfort in his wife, though.

Here's the little savior. I'm so, so happy he looks like his father and not his mother, lol.

Round 8 - Jaxius

This family might not have any sons either, but at least I consider them one of my most beautiful families in the neighborhood. My blondies!

Row 2: Domitia Jaxius (second daughter, sitting), Decima Jaxius (third daughter, sitting), Hilaria Jaxius (fourth daughter, sitting)

These girls are all so cute. Here's Cloelia playing with her little sister Hilaria.

Caelina is on the task of teaching her youngest daughter to walk.

And of course, talk.

Unfortunately Caelina had a miscarriage... Her second one.

The neighboring girls, Flavia Seoli and Slavomira Seolius, had a fight.

Flavia won, which means poor Slavomira has to die later on.

Adorable! I'm just glad none of these girls got in a fight.

Cloelia did get slapped by Aelianus Jax, though.

Domitia and Hilaria had a birthday together.

This is how Hilaria turned out.

And this is Domitia, who is a knowledge sim.

Tiberius and Caelina try hard to conceive after the miscarriage, but their most fertile days are behind them.

They had a burglary...

Hilaria seemed mostly amused by her sisters freaking out about it.

One of my favourite couples, these two.

All the girls were hanging out at once, haha. They get along great, although they don't have a lot of nice-points.

Round 8 - Jax

Once again, I'm sorry about this break. This post does not mark the end of it, though. When I have full access of a computer again, I'll let you know!

I think everyone already knows about the problem with the Jax family - the lack of a son. After five daughters in a row, things are not looking too bright.

Row 2: Laurentia Jax (second daughter, sitting), Hadriana Jax (third daughter, sitting), Longina Jax (fourth daughter, sitting)

As we begin, the birthday of the youngest girl, Alba, approaches.

Here she is, a redhead like her father and sister Longina.

Aurelia gets to work with her at once.

With winter outside, she doesn't mind staying indoors, teaching her baby.

Not all of the family agrees with staying inside, though, and make use of their garden still in the snows.

Aelianus and Aurelia tries and tries for a sixth child and hopefully a son, but remain unsuccessful night after night.

As always, the Jax bunch are very social. This has been their personality for generations.

Hadriana joins her older sisters in the teenage.

Here she is, a popularity sim like her sister Marina.

And the next day, little Alba has another birthday.

This is her as a child. Her mother is still not showing any signs of a younger sibling for Alba.

The couple try hard, even at the Baths.

Always, always socializing! Especially when they reach the teenage.

Not even the nightfall or snow seems to bother them while they're at it.
