RIP

Unfortunately, I can't continue with this neighbourhood. It makes me really sad, but I can't do anything about it.
However, I don't easily quit something I've started. I still really want to do this challenge, and that's why I've started anew.

Round 9 - Callarius

This round has a new patrician family - the one of Januarius Callani and Titiana Callius, who make the Callarius family.
Row 1: Januarius Callani (Head of the family, sitting), Titiana Callarius (wife, sitting), Valens Zimeca (slave, standing)

We open up with their wedding, where Titiana Callius becomes Titiana Callarius.

Titiana is very shy the first time she goes to bed with her husband and doesn't even take her clothes off.

Why can't they just play nice... This is Saturnina Callarai and Lucretia Callianus fighting.

Lucretia attacked, and well, she got beaten by an old woman, haha.

After the wedding, Valens has his birthday.

Here he is as an adult. He used to be working for Titiana's parents, but after a triangle drama he was sent away.

For some reason he decides to act this way to his new master, and that's why this is his only round working for this household...

Ah, so he's in love with Titiana. That explains why he doesn't like Januarius.

Luckily, Titiana and Januarius wedding night was fruitful.

Belly keeps growing.

And then it's time, haha, not much happening.

They have a baby girl named Margret.

And then both husband and wife have a birthday party.

This is Januarius, an old man now.

And here's Titiana as a beautiful adult.

amn Valens, WooHooing the Emperor's daughter Aphrodisia at the party...

And at the Baths, it wasn't husband and wife cuddling but these two.

What is he thinking?! No matter the outcome, Valens will be executed for this.

And he kills Januarius. Great.

I have a soft heart and killed way to many sims this round already, so I let Titiana plead for him since they still don't have any sons.

She wins!

Januarius lives to see his daughter become a toddler.

Little Margret looks just like him.

Round 9 - Calbanus

The freshly started Calbanus family is off to their second round at the old Callandile farm.
Row 1: Fulvia Nixeira (slave, standing), holding; Hugues Calbanus (heir), Albanus Callani (Head of the family, sitting), Balbina Calbanus (wife, sitting), Mathis Nixianus (slave, standing)

Despite their age difference, they make a good husband and wife.

Fulvia's husband was the last one to die at the Colosseum, but she doesn't seem to be mourning. Just before he died, he found out about her affair with Januarius, which now continues...

Balbina is expecting hers and Albanus second child.

Little Hugues has a birthday.

Here he is now, copy of his mother...

Martialis, who's killed two people this round, is not popular among the Emperor's children. Agapetus and Aphrodisia were both provoking him all night.

As the only child, there's lots of time to teach Hugues everything.

The slave Mathis has his birthday too, a little less glamorous though.

Here he is. Mathis is a pleasure sim.

Bigger belly for Balbina!

Potty training.

And here I thought they were a happy couple... Apparently Balbina can't resist having an affair with their young slave.

Hugues is a lonely child despite having his parents all for himself.

But now those days are coming to an end.

Balbina has a second son, who they name Elye.

Hugues has another birthday!

This is how he turned out now. At least he has a pretty hair colour.

At this party, the provoking of Martialis reached its peak as he attacked the Emperor's daughter Aphrodisia in front of her worried father's eyes.

However, he doesn't succeed in kicking her ass, and ends up the one getting killed. The last Callius boy, sigh...

After the party, Balbina discovers she's pregnant again.

It's time to say goodbye to Fulvia, the first generation three to be born, and to die of old age. She's the one who got us into the Roman Era!

Bye Fulvia, I won't forget you!
