The plebeian Jax family is recovering from the unfair execution of their son Felix.
Row 1: Aelianus Jax (heir, standing), Lekan Jax (Head of the family, sitting), Nthanda Jax (wife, sitting), Aurelia Jax (wife of heir, standing); holding: Marina Jax (granddaughter)
Row 2: Verginius Jax (third son, sitting)
Let's begin with saying goodbye to Felix. He was an incredibly nice and unlucky boy.
The Jax family is very close, and of course they all miss him a lot.
The Callarai family really seem to hate them. Saturnina and Balbina both came to steal the newspaper, and when Saturnina was first her daughter started yelling at her, haha.
In the middle of trying to take the family portrait, Aurelia's belly grew the first bump of their second child.
Little Marina gets a long lesson in how to speak by her mother.
With winter over, the nature interested Lekan is happy to replant his little tomato garden.
Aurelia seems excited about her second child.
Aelianus was always very close with his parents, and he makes sure his little daughter is growing up the same way.
In this mess, Aurelia starts giving birth.
She has another little girl! They name her Laurentia.
Lekan sure was disappointed when it was clear that he wasn't going to see much of his newborn grandchild. His time is up.
His daughter Herminia arrived just in time to say a final goodbye.
Marina's birthday was a little bugged for some reason, and I didn't manage to get a picture with the rainbow lights. Here she is as a child, however.
The Jax breakfasts are looking different from how they used to, but the new participants are enjoying it just as much.
Birthday time!
She's a copy of her sister, sigh... So many copies these days, because of the save that happens when they go to the Bathing House. So far, there's at least not more than two copies of one child out there. Hope it stays that way.
A tired Aurelia discovers she's pregnant again.
Nthanda has grown very attached to her youngest grandchild and decided to be the one to teach her what she needs to know.
I love this alien-face.
Nthanda sure was flattered when Laurentia's first word was grandma!
And of course, Aelianus makes sure to spend time with his little girl as well.
